G Raptors Security Services Ltd is a well-established security services provider based in the city of Mission, British Columbia.

We are looking for a dedicated experienced Security Guard Supervisor for our fastest-growing business.

 Job Description

  • Must be able to supervise a team of up to 10 security officers.
  • Must be able to resolve work-related problems.
  • Able to prepare and submit progress and other reports such as incident reports etc.
  • Must be able to handle emergencies.
  • Must be able to establish work schedules and procedures.
  • Must be client-focused and assist guests with special needs.
  • Able to train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
  • Must possess reliability, organized, effective interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to communicate in English
  • Having a college certificate/diploma/degree will be an asset.
  • Must have an experience in team leading or supervising for at least 1 year.
  • Must be able to possess a BC Security Guard License after joining, if already not have
  • A valid Class 5/7 driver's licence is required.
  • Must be available for the job as soon as possible

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $ 27.00 per hour

Schedule: 40 hours/week

Working conditions: On-call, Overtime, Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Shift, Weekend, Night

Work Location: Mission, BC, and surrounding areas, On the road job. Work locations may vary. Frequent or constant travel is required.
