Sand and clean and prepare surfaces for painting.
Fix any holes and cracks.
Paint should be mixed to the desired color and texture.
Measure, cut, and cover walls with wallpaper and other textiles.
Set up swing stages and scaffolding, then fasten the rigging.
Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to surfaces both inside and outside.
Calculate the supplies and expenses.
