Food Service Supervisor (2 Positions):
Job Type: Full- Time, Permanent
Working Hours: 35-40 hours/week. Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekends, Shift.
Start Wage: $19.50/hour
Job Duties:
· Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff and food service workers
· Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely and professional manner
· Maintain food quality and portion control standards
· Schedule work shifts and monitor staff performance
· Resolve customer complaints or concerns
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
· Maintain inventory and order supplies as required
Job Requirements:
· High School diploma required
· 2-3 years of work experience. Equivalence considered
Cook (2 Positions):
Start Wage: $17.50/hour
· Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
· Prepare and portion ingredients before cooking
· Ensure proper food handling and storage
· Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
· Clean kitchen and work areas
· Monitor food stock and place orders when needed
· Ensure quality and presentation standards are met
· 1-2 year work experience. Equivalence considered
Kitchen Helper (3 Positions):
Start Wage: $16.00/hour
· Assist in preparing ingredients and assembling dishes
· Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruits
· Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
· Wash dishes, pots and pans manually or using dishwasher
· Receive and store food supplies and stock fridges and shelves
· Remove garbage and clean kitchen garbage containers
· Sweep and mop floors and perform general cleaning tasks
· High School diploma required. Equivalence considered
· Experience an asset
Food Beverage Server (2 Positions):
Start Wage: $18.00/hour
· Greet customers and present menus
· Take orders and serve food and beverages
· Answer questions regarding menu items and special diets
· Clear and clean tables and trays
· Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables
· Assist in setting and clearing tables
· Ensure customer satisfaction and handle concerns or complaints
High School diploma required. Equivalence considered
