Key responsibilities:Team Leadership:Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and quotas.Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff.Assign sales territories and set individual targets.Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales representatives. Sales Training and Development:Provide ongoing training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standardsDevelop and implement sales training programs to enhance team skills. Coach and mentor individual sales reps to improve performance. Sales Strategy and Planning:Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and customer acquisition.Set sales goals and quotas for the team. Customer Relationship Management:Ensure excellent customer service is provided by the sales team.Resolve customer complaints and address concerns effectively.Build strong relationships with key clients and maintain customer loyalty. Operational Management:Monitor sales activity and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Track sales data and generate reports for management.Manage sales team schedules and work assignments. Required Skills:Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to motivate, inspire, and effectively communicate with a sales team.Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and the sales cycle.Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze sales data and identify trends to inform decision-making.Customer Service Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional customer serviceProblem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve sales challenges.Relevant Experience:Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role, ideally within the relevant industry.Experience in managing and developing sales teams.Strong knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems
