Job description:
- Cook and prepare a foods in accordance with quality standards and recipes. - Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef. - Plan and manage kitchen assistants - Keep track of the food, supplies, and equipment inventory and records. - Clean the kitchen and workspace. - Prepare menus, calculate portion sizes, estimate food requirements and costs, and keep an eye on and place supply orders. - May hire and train kitchen staff. - Properly handling and storing food items and ingredients.

- Be able to handle long time of standing and working in hot environment.
