Custom jewelry workshops and permanent jewelry experiences are available from Gem Studio, a hands-on jewelry-making company. We are committed to making jewelry-making accessible, pleasurable, and unique as the only company of its type offering silversmith-led events for all skill levels.

The Studio Director is in charge of day-to-day operations and makes sure that both team members and visitors are safe, interesting, and enjoyable. This might be for you if you're a creative who enjoys managing, mentoring, and leading a group of silversmiths.

Your goal:

Take charge of the studio with poise and speed.
Boost the group of silversmiths to provide outstanding workmanship and incredibly customized visitor experiences.
Control scheduling to strike a balance between the demands of the studio and the health of your staff.
Transform questions into appointments with assurance and zeal.
Collaborate with marketing to provide engaging content and promote the brand.
Maintain flawless studio standards.
Track performance and inspire the group to produce outcomes.
Assist the whole team while fostering new members.
Encourage an environment that values compassion, empathy, creativity, trust, and inclusivity.
Perform administrative duties accurately, promptly, and in accordance with the law.

Pay and perks:

$65,000 to $90,000 is the salary range, including gratuities.
Benefits: premiums paid by the employer.
Training: Travel, lodging, and meals are included in the five days of instruction at a Gem Studio site.
