Job Description:

Blooming Group Legacy Ltd. O/A New York Pizzeria

Permanent, full-time employment

Evening, Night, Day, Weekend

30 to 44 hours per week

Starts as soon as possible

Location:

·      180 Legacy Main Street SE, Suite 150, Calgary, AB T2X 4R9

·      Work on site

Salary:

·      $36.00 /hour

Education:

·       College/CEGEP

·       or equivalent experience

Experience:

·       2 years to less than 3 years

On site:

·       Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Budgetary responsibility

·       $100,001 - $500,000

Responsibilities:

·       Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies

·       Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget

·       Monitor staff performance

·       Plan and organize daily operations

·       Train staff

·       Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

·       Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

·       Participate in marketing plans and implementation

·       Address customers' complaints or concerns

Supervision:

·       5-10 people

Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses:

·       Safe Food Handling certificate

Computer and technology knowledge:

·       MS Office

Transportation/travel information:

·       Own transportation

·       Public transportation is available
