Salary:                                     $36 per hour 

Anticipated Start date:            As soon as possible 

Location:                                Winnipeg, Manitoba 

Job description:

• Organize, direct and control activities on the job site.

• Oversee execution of the work, including quality and production, by ensuring that the crews work to job specifications and follow drawings.

• Prepare schedules and assess workforce requirements.

• Prepare work progress reports.

• Maintaining the brand with all clients, employees, trade partners and supply chain partners.

• Work closely with the site manager, project manager, owner, consultant, trade contractors, inspectors, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to identify, develop, implement, and support cost-effective project delivery.

• Requisition Materials and Supplies.

• Train the workers about the company’s safety procedures and policies. 

• Achieve project schedule milestones, corrective action where necessary to meet key milestone dates.
