We are looking for a dedicated experienced Security Guard Supervisor for our fastest-growing business. Job Description Must be able to supervise a team of up to 10 security officers. Must be able to resolve work-related problems. Able to prepare and submit progress and other reports such as incident reports etc. Must be able to handle emergencies. Must be able to establish work schedules and procedures. Must be client-focused and assist guests with special needs. Able to train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies Must possess reliability, organized, effective interpersonal skills Must be able to communicate in English Having a college certificate/diploma/degree will be an asset. Must have an experience in team leading or supervising for at least 1 year. Must be able to possess a BC Security Guard License after joining, if already not have A valid Class 5/7 driver's licence is required. Must be available for the job as soon as possible Number of vacancies: 1 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $ 27.00 per hour Schedule: 40 hours/week Working conditions: On-call, Overtime, Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Shift, Weekend, Night Work Location: Mission, BC, and surrounding areas, On the road job.
