Job Duties: 
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operation of an accounting, audit or other financial department 
Develop and implement the financial strategies, policies,models and systems. 
Coordinate the creation and sharing of financial reports, summaries, cost-benefit analyses reports periodically. 
Manage the budget and financial planning processed to maximize an organization’s revenue. 
Supervise employees on the development and implementation of financial simulation models. 
Evaluate reporting, accounting procedures and investment activities and make recommendations for changes to different departments. 
Recruit, organize, train and manage staff 
Act as liaison between the organization and its shareholders. 
Create profitability standards. 
Attend training sessions to learn industry trends, discover investment opportunities, and understand how to use the latest financial software. 
Make sure an organization complied with financial regulations and tax laws. 

Education & Experience Requirement: 
Bachelor's degree is required. 

1 year or less than 2 years experience in this field is required.
